Albert Montoya Briseno, Hispanic male, 52 years. As a result of the vehicle stop, CAL-MMET officers obtained a search warrant for Briseno's residence and business (C&F Automotive) located at 1109 Stockton. During the search officers located 20 grams of heroin, two firearms, and $3,030 in U.S. currency. Briseno was arrested for Possession of Heroin for Sales, Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Ex-Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Two additional suspects who were mechanics at the business identified as Luis Enrique Garzon Jr., Hispanic male, 42 years, and Joaquin Hernandez Mendoza, Hispanic male, 53 years, were arrested for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. CAL-MMET (California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team) is comprised of officers from the Kern County Sheriff's Department, Bakersfield Police Department, Shafter Police Department and Kern County Probation Department.
