Jorge Luis Baez, 47, of 1457 Northampton St. and ,, 33, of 23 North Summer St., Apt. 2A, were charged with possession of cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and violation of a drug-free school zone.
